Задачи урока:
образовательная – активизировать лексику по теме «Одежда» и «Погода» в речи учащихся, создать условия для развития грамматических навыков по теме “Степени сравнения прилагательных”
развивающая – развить навыки монологической и диалогической речи, развивать мышление, память, логику, цельность высказывания, формировать навыки общения
воспитательная – научить учащихся задавать допустимые этикетом вопросы в магазине.
Тип урока: урок-закрепление
Оснащение урока: мультимедиа проектор, музыкальный центр, компакт-диск, плакаты со словами, тетради, учебники, раздаточный материал (карточки для самостоятельной работы).

I. Организационный момент

Say “hello” to our guests.
I’m glad to see you today.
Take your seats.

Today we are going to speak about winter and about warm clothes we should wear in winter. But first of all look at the screen. What’s the weather like in the picture?

Tell me please, what season is it now? (It’s winter now)
What’s the weather like today?
Do you remember our poem about weather? Let’s recite it.

III. Активизация лексических навыков по теме «Погода»
What month is it now? (It’s December now.)
That’s right. You can see a text about December on the screen.
There are three months in winter: December, January and February. December is the first winter month. The weather is dull. The sky is often grey and cloudy. Cold wind blows and the trees are bare. There is frost in the air. Sometimes it snows and there is often snow on the ground. Winter is coming.

Now you will tell me about December one by one. These questions will help you.
Are there three months in winter?
Which is December?
What’s the weather like in December?
What colour is the sky?
The wind usually blows, doesn’t it?
Are the trees bare in December?
Is there frost in the air?
Does it snow sometimes?
Is there often snow on the ground?
Winter is coming, isn’t it?
Now one of you will tell us about December.
What can we do in winter?
Do you like winter? Why?
V. Активизация лексики по теме «Одежда» и указательных местоимений в речи учащихся
1) You know it’s rather cold outside and we should wear warm clothes?
What do you wear on your body when it’s cold?
What do you wear on your hands when it’s cold?
What do you wear on your neck when it’s cold?
What do you wear on your legs and feet when it’s cold?
So, look at the table and find out the names of warm clothes and show them.

3) Now please, make up the words from these letters and translate them:
skirt — юбка
slippers – домашние тапочки
jacket- куртка
hat- шляпа
handkerchief- носовой платок
4) Now you’ll get small cards where you are to put the missing letters and translate the word from English into Russian.
Let’s check them up. Look at the screen and correct the mistakes.

Let’s have a rest. I suggest that we should revise the small talk “It’s cold outside”. First of all let’s recite it all together.
That’s not bad but I can’t hear you well. May I ask you to be louder, please.
And now I would like Ann and Nick to start the talk and the rest of the group will continue it.
VII. Развитие навыков диалогической речи. Повторение употребления указательных местоимений.
1) Повторение употребления указательных местоимений:
We have revised some words, the names of clothes. And now you can go to any English shop and ask anything you like, of course if you have money.
So, pretend that you are at the shop. Let’s translate some words and phrases:
Не могли бы вы мне показать…
эти белые туфли
эти желтые рубашки
это пальто
те коричневые перчатки
ту зеленую юбку
те колготки и носки
2) What’s the English for:
Могу я вам помочь?
Да, пожалуйста
Не могли бы вы мне показать ту юбку?
Какой размер?
Она самая дешевая.
Он самый теплый.
Это самое красивое платье в магазине.
Но оно довольно таки маленькое.
А примерьте вот это. Оно больше
Сколько она стоит?
50 фунтов.
Я думаю, она великолепна.
3) Составление диалога “В магазине”
Pretend that you are at the shop. You would like to buy something. One of you is a shop assistant, another one is a customer.
Someone will buy a skirt.
Someone will buy a shirt.
Someone will buy a scarf.
Someone will buy a dress.
You have got 2-3 minutes to get ready.
Well done! You are very good shop assistants and customers. You can sell and buy clothes well. And of course you the names of clothes.
VIII. Развитие грамматических навыков по теме “Степени сравнения прилагательных”
At the end of our lesson let’s have fun.
I would like you to take your sheets of paper which are divided into two parts. You can see two names: Mary and Sally. Your task is to draw their portraits according to the text. Read this text carefully and draw Sally’s and Mary’s portraits.
Exchange your pictures and check up each other. Who has no mistakes? Who has only one mistake?
IX. Итоги урока и оценки.
1) Thanks a lot. We have done a lot of work.
You can speak about weather.
You know many English words on the topic “Clothes”.
You can draw and recite poems very well.
That’s why everybody gets a “five” for work.
3) Open your diaries and write down your home task:
— SB p. 68 ex. 6 (It’s a dialogue. You have to read and translate it. And be ready to act it out.
— You have got a piece of paper with 6 English proverbs. You have to read them and give the Russian equivalents.
