Тема: Does your health depend on you?


Цели:

  1. Обучение монологической речи на основе тематической лексики.

  2. Развитие коммуникативных навыков.

  3. Формирование умения и навыков в устной речи и аудировании.


Задачи:

  1. Повторение лексики.

  2. Повторение модальных глаголов must /should.

3. Повышение мотивации учащихся к изучению английского языка, воспитание любови к изучаемому языку.

Оборудование:

Интерактивная доска, аудио запись, учебник Английский язык 6 класс, рабочая тетрадь Английский язык. 6 класс.





Ход урока.


1. Организационный момент.

Good morning children. I hope we can start our lesson.

Today we are going to study some words to the topic “Does your health depend on you?, Word building and Modal Verbs. Now tale me pleas:


-What date is it today?

-What day is it today?

-What is the weather like today?

-Do you like this weather?

-Who is absent today?



2. Фонетическая зарядка. (На доске)

Now look at the board and repeat after me


a back

a dentist

a doctor

the flu

a veterinarian

a medical check

worry

pediatrician

besides

a surgeon



3. Today on this lesson we’ll speak about our health. We will try to answer the question “Does your health depend on you?” And what should we do to be a healthy.

But at first we will repeat Word building. Who can tell me what is the Russian for word building?

Head + ache = Headache

Stomach + ache = Stomachache etc



  1. Now look at the screen. You see children, who has health problems. Tell me please what’s wrong with these children? What are the problems? ( показ слайда 2)



  1. Everybody may have a health problems. Now we’ll listen to the song. These children have health problems. Open your activity books on page 71, Ex.1. What are the names of some of these children? Which health problems do they have? Match. (прослушивание песни)



6. Thank you children. It was good. But what should we do to escape this problems?

What can you advise this pupil?

P1-They should wear warm clothes.

P2-They must take medicine.

P3-They should drink tea with lemon.

P4-They must stay in bad.

P5-They must eat vegetables.

P6-They must eat fruits


7. You said that they should drink tea, they must stay in bed. But what is it must/ should/ mustn’t/ shouldn’t.

P1. It is Modal Verbs.

P2.Модальные глаголы- это особый тип вспомогательных глаголов, которые выражают различные отношения, суждения, намерения, долженствования.


8. Yes you are right. Now look at the screen and try to fill the gaps. ( показ слайда 3)


9. Физкультминутка. Children, are you tired? O’k, now let’s have a rest. Stand up.


Point to you teacher,

Point to the door,

Look at the window,

Look at the floor.

Stand on your left leg,

Stand on your right.

Now sit down,

Touch something…white.


10. Sit down. Open your activity books on page 73, Ex.3.3 Do you know how to be healthy? Choose the correct word to complete each tip. I’ll give you 3 minutes. Then we will check.


11. Now look at the screen again. Paul should follow safety rules at home. Why? What does Paul’s mum tell him? Match the sentences. (показ слайда 4).


12. The next task you will do by your activity books. Open it on page 81, Ex.9.


13. Write down your home task. Open your activity books on page 123, Ex.9.

Вы должны перечислить: Какая еда полезна для нашего организма?

Какая вредит здоровью?
